The U.S. Embassy in Lisbon, Portugal, plans to issue a Request for Quotation for a project involving excavation and installation of a permanent water bypass line between the Chancery and Manor House, plus replacement of old drainage piping at the Manor House. Performance of services will be at Avenida das Forças Armadas, Lisbon. The project budget is $30,000 USD, including VAT. The government will award a firm fixed-price purchase order to the lowest priced technically acceptable or best value responsible contractor. The solicitation is not yet issued but will be posted on www.sam.gov when available.
