The U.S. Embassy in Lisbon, Portugal, intends to issue a Request for Quotation for the refurbishment of the master bathroom in the Chief of Mission’s Residence. The government will award a firm fixed-price contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. A pre-quotation conference is planned, with the date to be provided in the solicitation. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before award or within 30 days after contract award. Performance of services will take place at the Chief of Mission’s Residence in Lisbon.
