The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit an offer/quote for the purchase and delivery of a new diplomatic government-owned vehicle (Plug-in SUV) for its fleet, suitable for transporting passengers, luggage, and other miscellaneous cargo. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from RFQ to the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror/quoter who is a responsible contractor, in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. The Government intends to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
