The Embassy of the United States of America in Lisbon, Portugal, intends to issue a request for quotations (RFQ) for the purchase and delivery of a new diplomatic government-owned vehicle (Plug-in SUV) for its fleet, suitable for transporting passengers, luggage, and other miscellaneous cargo. The vehicle must have EU specifications, service, maintenance, and spare parts must be available in Lisbon area, Portugal. Vendor must take all responsibility for import into Portugal and delivery to Lisbon. Only companies or individuals specializing in this field should request the RFQ package by e-mail to LisbonProcure@state.gov. It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued over $30,000 to register in “SAM – System for Award Management” www.sam.gov. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder.
