The Embassy of the United States in Lisbon, Portugal will issue a solicitation to replace the existing HVAC system in one of the campus buildings designated by OBO as Cultural Heritage. The existing HVAC system is a so-called Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) that consists of exterior condensing units and interior units. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation at the end of April, 2024. This solicitation will be issued via e-mail to the prospective offerors based on their written request to LisbonProcure@state.gov. Only companies specializing in this field of business should apply for the solicitation package. Bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). As registering may be a lengthy process, interested bidders should initiate the registration as soon as possible. The resultant SAM number must be provided with the proposal submission. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date. The firm date will be determined in the solicitation document.
