This is a Request for Quotations for PMSC Generators, with the U.S. Government intending to award a firm fixed-price stand-alone contract using a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. Quotations must be submitted electronically to OsloGSOBids@state.gov in Adobe PDF format, with individual email attachments limited to 30MB or less. Offerors must complete and submit the SF-1449 Section I, pricing information, representations and certifications, and any additional information required in Section 3 of the solicitation. Proposals must be in English and incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Offerors must also be registered in the SAM database prior to proposal submission.
