The proposed roof replacement shall consist of but is not limited to: Removal and disposal of existing membrane to the concrete deck. Make necessary repairs to concrete deck to accept new roofing. Modifications to curbs and supports to accommodate new roof system. Install two-ply modified bitumen roof membrane system and two-ply modified bitumen membrane roof flashing. Replace and lower existing roof drains. Install, slip sheet, drainage course, rigid roof insulation, filter fabric and concrete pavers. Install new sheet metal copings on all parapets. Install new roof drain heating elements around each existing roof drain.
