The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit your best competitive quotation for Preventive Maintenance Services for Gas Fired Boilers at the U.S. Embassy The Hague, The Netherlands. A site visit is scheduled on July 9, 2025, at 10 A.M. local time at the U.S. Embassy, The Hague (John Adams Park 1, 2244 BZ Wassenaar). Prospective offerors should contact TheHagueGSOProcurement@state.gov no later than 4 P.M. local time on July 7, 2025, for additional instructions to arrange access to the building. Submit your quotation by email to The Contracting Officer: Jonathan P. Wedd, TheHagueContracts@state.gov indicating the solicitation number: 19NL80-25-Q-0065 on or before July 28, 2025 at 3 P.M. local time. No proposal will be accepted after this time. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. Completed Standard form “SF-18.”(Sections 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15) 2. Pricing- see Attachment 1 3. Proof of SAM Registration Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.
