"SEE ATTACHED" Dear Prospective Offeror: SUBJECT: Request for Quotations Solicitation Number RFQ:19NL80-25-Q-0058 -Preventive Maintenance Services Gas Fired Boilers. The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit your best competitive quotation for Preventive Maintenance Services for Gas Fired Boilers at the U.S. Embassy The Hague, The Netherlands. A site visit is scheduled on April 14, 2025, at 10 A.M. local time at the U.S. Embassy, The Hague (John Adams Park 1, 2244 BZ Wassenaar). Prospective offerors should contact TheHagueGSOProcurement@state.gov no later than 4 P.M. local time on April 10, 2025, for additional instructions to arrange access to the building. Submit your quotation by email to The Contracting Officer: Jonathan P. Wedd, TheHagueContracts@state.gov indicating the solicitation number: 19NL80-25-Q-0058 on or before May 1, 2025 at 3 P.M. local time. No proposal will be accepted after this time. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. Completed Standard form “SF-18.”(Sections 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15) 2. Pricing- see Attachment 1 3. Section 5 Representations and Certifications 4. Additional information as required in Section 3 5. Proof of SAM Registration Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. The U.S. Government intends to award a responsible company submitting a technically acceptable proposal, with the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
