The U.S. Consulate General Lagos, Nigeria seeks a qualified, reputable, and security-screenable commercial catering company to provide safe, sanitary, high-quality professional catering services for official government functions and events. Services may range from small events of about 10 people to large events of up to approximately 1,000 people. The contractor must provide all management, labor, food, beverages, supplies, equipment, transportation, setup, service, cleanup, and other necessary resources under a performance-oriented Statement of Work. The requirement follows FAR Subpart 37.6, with the Government setting required results and measurable performance standards while allowing contractor flexibility on means and methods.
