Description: (Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.) The Embassy of the United States in Nigeria will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. This requirement is for the provision of Travel Management services to the employees of the US Mission Nigeria. The estimated number of employees is approximately 2000. Please note this is only estimated quantity. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database at https://www.sam.gov at time of quote/proposal submission and provide evidence thereof pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately as non-registration may deem the offeror to be non-responsible and disqualified from consideration.” This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
