S. Embassy, Abuja. The United States Embassy, Abuja invites you to submit a proposal to replace the roof at Utility Building #1 (UB1), and South Compound Access Control (SCAC) at the U. S. Embassy, Abuja as per attached Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP includes the following: Request for Proposal (RFP)/Solicitation Documents Statement of Work (SOW)/Specification and Drawings. Price Breakdown by Division/Price Summary Excel Sheet For your proposal to be considered, you must complete and submit all the documents as required in section J of the solicitation. Your proposal must be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer at AbujaProcBids@State.gov with the following Subject Line ‘RFP #19N10220R0001 for Roof Replacement at UB1/SCAC’ on or before 6pm (Local Time) on June 12, 2020. No proposal will be accepted after this time. The Embassy intends to award a contract or purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposal, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
