The U.S. Embassy Oslo, Norway has a requirement for the installation of residential landscape lighting. The construction effort is estimated to be in the range between USD 25,000 and USD 100,000 and needs to be completed within 90 calendar days. This announcement constitutes the release of the solicitation and offers are being requested. The solicitation number is 19N06025Q0005 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses. All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work in accordance with the solicitation requirements. The Embassy intends to conduct a site-visit, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend (see Section J of the attached Request for Quotation for details). All visitors will be provided with an opportunity to take all measurements. For site-visit registration please provide your company contact information, names of visitors, telephone number and email address no later than 14:00 Oslo local time July 01, 2025, to OsloGSOBids@state.gov All quotations must be prepared in the English language and submitted by e-mail on or before 16:00 Oslo local time August 1, 2025, to OsloGSOBids@state.gov with subject line “Residential Landscape Lighting Project - 19N06025Q0005”. No quotations will be accepted after the indicated deadline. Pre-Solicitation Notice: 19N06025Q0005 Residential Landscape Lighting Project The U.S. Embassy in Oslo, Norway intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction type contract during the fourth quarter of calendar year 2025. The solicitation package will be placed on www.sam.gov in mid-April. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is tentatively scheduled for late April/May 2025. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of OsloGSOProcurement@state.gov no later than April 14, 2025, using the solicitation number 19N06025Q0005 in the subject line. The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the Statement of Work (SOW) requirements of this Residential Landscape Lighting Project within the established timeframe. The contractor shall install residential landscape lighting on a U.S. Government owned property in the Oslo area. The lighting fixtures will be provided by the Embassy and consist of façade, walkway, and pole lights. The contractor shall provide all the necessary electrical and technical equipment to install the lighting fixtures. All electrical cables must be in underground conduits, and all wall-mounted conduits must be steel pipe. All work must be performed in accordance with Norwegian Electrical Codes, NEK 400 and the statement of work. Pursuant to Subpart 36.204 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the estimated magnitude for the entire project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 U.S. Dollars. DO NOT TELEPHONE.
