The U.S. Embassy Oslo, Norway, is soliciting for a contractor to remove, then re-install new ceiling access panels and lights located on the U.S. Embassy Oslo Compound, in Norway. The successful offeror shall provide constructions services, including, but not limited to, the management and construction necessary to meet the Statement of Work (SOW) requirements to remove, then install new ceiling access panels and lights, within the established timeframe, furnishing all labor, material, equipment, hand tools, transportation, safety equipment and services required to complete the removal and installation of new ceiling panels and lights. Offerors are invited to attend a Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit, to be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 10:00AM, in the U.S. Embassy Oslo, Norway. The estimated magnitude for the entire project is between $25,000 to $100,000 U.S. dollars. (Note: FAR range determination is to provide a relatively wide range only to give potential offerors a very general orientation. However, the specified range is not meant to give any indication as to the Independent Government Cost Estimate for this project, which could be at the lower or the upper end of the range indicated).
