The Embassy of the United States in Malaysia seeks book hotel rooms and meals arrangement in January 2025 in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Your proposal must be submitted to the Kuala Lumpur Dedicated Tender Office at KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov on or before 12pm January 1, 2025. No proposal will be accepted after this time. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. All relevent details are in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Please ensure that proposals meet all minimum requirements as stated in the solicitation and SOW. This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
