All relevant details are in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The U.S. Embassy located in Kuala Lumpur requires Exterior Cleaning services for 1-year period at GOPs (Government Owned Properties). The Contractor shall perform Exterior services as described in this Statement of Work. Worksites include properties on compounds, townhouses and single-family homes in Kuala Lumpur. The objective of scheduled service is to maintain a clean, presentable, functional exterior area and drainage. The period of performance shall be one (1) year after the date of Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall complete services on the schedule below. The visits must be equally spread out over the course of the period of performance. The contractor cannot combine multiple site visits into a single site visit. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-proposal conference will be held on July 24, 2024, at 9:00 AM Kuala Lumpur time at the US Embassy Kuala Lumpur.
