The U.S. Embassy is using approximately 420 lines for official purposes. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for the U.S. Embassy of Kuala Lumpur. Services provided shall include: Calls and Data Services within Malaysia International Calls (Additional Charges Apply) International Roaming (Additional Charges Apply) Free calls to all local mobile network SMS Messaging Voice Mail ESIM support capabilities 24-hour Customer Service Electronic Detailed Itemized Billing of Calls Made The Contractor shall ensure that the connection through its network is of the highest quality possible and shall be uninterrupted, clear, and with no static. Network problems shall be remedied immediately, and the COR must be immediately informed of any problems and their resolution.
