The U.S, Department of State is supporting an on-going, long-term effort between the U.S. and Mexican Governments to detect, deter, prevent, and mitigate criminal activity in Mexico and its effects in both Mexico and the United States. To procure and deliver the training materials ( Office/ IT equipment ) described in Appendix A. Technical Specifications (to be used exclusively used for training sessions) as well as the services required to accomplish the efforts described in this Statement of Work (SOW).
