In cooperation with the Government of Mexico (GoM), INL is soliciting a Contractor (the Contractor) to provide and install a horizontal Aboveground Storage Tank and Dispensing System (ASTDS), mounted on steel skids. The Contractor must provide all required materials, labor, equipment, and services to install the tank. The delivery will be made to Brownsville, Texas, USA. While the installation will be made in Sindicatura de Teacapan, Municipio de Escuinapa, Sinaloa, Mexico.
