The Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, supervision, labor, tools, equipment and qualified workforce to perform the contract requirements in accordance with the statement of work. The contract will be for a one-year period with (1) one-year options to renew. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. resultant contract will be an award with firm-fixed rates. The Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit, the date is in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 4.1102 policy. The Consulate of the United States in Hermosillo is requiring a Contractor to provide painting services for residences located in Hermosillo, Mexico managed by the U.S. Government. The contractor shall perform the services including furnishing all labor, material, and equipment. The anticipated performance period is for a base year and (1) one-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
