The contractor shall perform the services including furnishing all labor, material, and equipment. The anticipated performance period is for a base year and (4) four-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. resultant contract will be an award with firm-fixed rates. The Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit, the date will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR 4.1102.
