The Consulate of the United States in Hermosillo is requiring a Contractor provide alarm installation and alarm monitoring services. The contractor shall perform the services including furnishing all labor, material, and equipment. The anticipated performance period is for a base year and (3) three-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a single award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract with firm-fixed rates. The Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit, the date will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR 4.1102. The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is looking for a reliable and professional contractor/company which can provide alarm installation and alarm monitoring services. The purpose of this firm fixed price contract is to obtain professional technical services to supply, install, remove and monitor residential alarm systems; that includes proper react team services. The contract will be for a base year and three (3) one-year options to renewal. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
