The purpose of this firm fixed price contract is to obtain professional services and contractor cost proposals to perform preventive maintenance services for Air Handling Unit, Dedicated Outside Air Supply, Electric Motors and Variable Frequency Drives. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, supervision and direct labor personnel, as well as all transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials required to perform this project in accordance with the statement of work. The contract will be for a one-year period with (4) four one-year options. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 4.1102 policy. The Consulate of the United States in Hermosillo is requiring a Contractor to perform preventive maintenance services for Air Handling Unit, Dedicated Outside Air Supply, Electric Motors and Variable Frequency Drives. The contractor shall perform the services including furnishing all labor, material, and equipment. The anticipated performance period is for a base year and (4) four-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. Resultant contract will be an award with firm-fixed rates. The Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit, the date will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR 4.1102.
