The purpose of this firm fixed price contract is to obtain professional services and contractor cost proposals to perform annual preventive maintenance and servicing of the Consulate’s main electrical systems to include medium voltage substation equipment, main electrical switchgears, and MV transformer maintenance. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, supervision and direct labor personnel, as well as all transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials required to perform this project in accordance with the statement of work. The contract will be for a one-year period with (4) four one-year options. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 4.1102 policy.
