The Consulate of the United States in Hermosillo requires a professional local contractor to perform preventive maintenance “PM” service of swimming pool and its equipment as well as perform water testing for the New Consulate Compound located in Hermosillo, Mexico. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements. The Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit on January 11 2024 at 11:00 hours local time. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an award with firm-fixed rates. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
