The contractor shall provide services for the U.S. Consulate Monterrey, Mexico located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon owned or managed by the U.S. Government. The contractor shall perform the services including furnishing all labor, material, and equipment. The requirement is for providing janitorial services for the U.S. Consulate General Monterrey Compound in Santa Catarina Nuevo Leon. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The pre-solicitation conference call will be held on Nov Dec 2, 2020 at 10 am with the U.S. Consulate personnel. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102, quoters are required to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) at the time a quotation is submitted.
