The United States Consulate General Monterrey requires the services of a contractor for the two (2) Parking Garages paint, including but not limited to: painting ceiling, interior and exterior walls, bollards, metallic handrails, and cleaning floors. Location: Prolongacion Ave. Alfonso Reyes #150 in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon. Working days: Monday to Friday from 08:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Activities can interfere with regular building activities and after-hours work may be required for this job, either after 4:30 PM or during the weekend days. Contractor must follow all working safety regulations and provide their personnel with appropriate safety equipment like gloves, security shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, falling protection etc. The US Consulate General Monterrey is providing in Attachment 10.1 the Safety Policy which must be signed by the Contractor.
