The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City plans to solicit maintenance and repair services for leased and government-owned properties occupied by the U.S. Government Mission in Mexico, covering plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, related upkeep, and commissioning/decommissioning as properties become occupied or vacant. The anticipated performance period is a base year plus four option years, if exercised. The solicitation is not yet ready and will be posted on SAM.gov when available; a pre-quotation conference is planned, with its date to be provided in the solicitation. The contract is expected to be firm fixed price, and the Government may award based on the initial offer without discussions. Prospective offerors must be registered in SAM prior to submitting an offer, and electronic responses will be accepted by email only.
