NOTICE OF CANCELLATION: Direct Health and Medical Insurance Carriers

The U.S. Mission Mexico requires health insurance coverage for its Local Employed Staff and their eligible direct family members (legal spouse and unmarried children up to age 26, or older if incapable of self-support). Services will be performed across Embassy Mexico City, U.S. Consulates, and other U.S. offices within Mexican territory. The anticipated performance period includes a base year with four one-year option periods, plus a possible six-month extension under FAR 52.217-8. The government may award a firm fixed-price contract based on initial offers without discussion. A Pre-Proposal Conference is planned, and all contractors must register in SAM prior to submitting an offer.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year plus four one-year option periods, with a potential temporary extension of services for up to six additional months. The contract will be firm fixed-price, and the Government may award based on the initial proposal without discussion. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held, with its date specified in the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and may submit proposals electronically.
