Residential Façade Restoration Services
The U.S. Government requires a contractor to repair and maintain the exterior façades of 22 government-owned residences in Ciudad de Mexico, CDMX, to meet HOA guidelines. The work involves repairing a cement mortar and vinylic paint finish. The anticipated performance period is 10 business days per house, with up to 90 business days for the full project as four houses can be worked on simultaneously. The contract will be a firm-fixed price award, which the Government may award based on the initial offer without discussion. A site visit and pre-proposal conference are planned, and offerors must be registered in the SAM database prior to submitting a proposal.
