Residential Façade Restoration Services
The U.S. Government requires a contractor to repair and maintain the façades of 22 government-owned residences in Ciudad de Mexico, CDMX, including wall finishes and metallic grilles. The project has an estimated budget between $100,000 and $250,000 USD, with a performance period of up to 90 business days, working on four houses simultaneously. Work must be coordinated with Embassy staff, and all materials must be high quality and U.S. Government approved. A site visit and pre-proposal conference is planned for May 29, 2026. Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to submitting a proposal.
