The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for TV Screens and Cameras as per the attached Scope of Work. Pricing shall be submitted in the format and for the quantities indicated Scope of Work. The solicitation number is 19MX5324Q0046 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 . Items to be acquired: Logitech Rally Camera Part Number 960-001226 Quantity 19 and Samsung- QB65C-N 65-Inch Commercial 4K UHD LED LCD Display-No Wi-Fi Quantity 18 . Deliver F.O.B. destination to 225 S.Vermillion Ave 78521 Browsnville, Texas USA or Paseo de la Reforma 305 ,06500 Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de Mexico no later than 30 days after contract award. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Offeror shall provide complete information of the item(s) being quoted in conformance with the requirements stated in the scope of work, such as descriptive literature, owner’s manual, maintenance procedures, technical datasheets, as applicable. Items shall comply with the minimum quality standards of the industry and any other quality standards as stated in the scope of work.
