The U.S. Embassy Mexico City has a requirement for a professional vendor to provide lodging and conference room rental for a three-day event in Hermosillo Sonora, Mexico for 33 attendees from September 9 to September 12, 2024, including lodging days. The selected vendor will be fully responsible for performing all the necessary work including, but not limited to lodging service, conference room rental, AV equipment, and provide meals, all these services as described in the RFQ document. All vendors that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal: Adequate financial resources or the ability to obtain them. Ability to comply with the required performance period, taking into consideration all existing commercial and governmental business commitments. Satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. Necessary organization, experience, and skills or the ability to obtain them. Necessary equipment and facilities or the ability to obtain them; and Be otherwise qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations. The offeror shall provide proof of SAM registration (active) and include the SAM UEID number. The offeror shall provide: Hotel brochure Floor plans Menu for: breakfast, dinner, working lunch, and coffee break. The U.S. Embassy Mexico City has a requirement for a professional offeror to perform activities related to Venue Services in Hermosillo, Mexico, which includes lodging, and rental of conference rooms and AV equipment, for a 3-days event that will take place in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. 9/9/24 - 9/12/24. The selected offeror will be fully responsible for performing all the necessary equipment and facilities as described in the RFQ document that will be published on SAM.gov; including obtaining any local government permits and license to perform the required service, taking into consideration RSO security standards that will be mentioned in the RFQ document. Offerors will be responsible for presenting an offer that considers elements listed below, and, if a discrepancy is identified, will be responsible to flag it on in the proposal. This effort will have an estimated value near $25,000 U.S. dollars, per FAR 36.204 (c). A complete solicitation package with all technical specifications and proposals deadline will be posted in the near future. All offerors that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work.
