The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for Elevator Replacement to include furnishing all labor, insurances, material, vehicles, equipment, and services. The anticipated performance period is for April 2024, with no option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a ?Pre-Proposal Conference/ ?Site Visit and the date for this visit will be in the solicitation. All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
