The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for a construction contractor to provide swimming pool and swimming pool area restoration services in Mexico City. This construction effort is estimated to cost between $25,000 and $100,000 U.S. dollars, per FAR 36.204 (b). This work requires the services of a professional contractor with general services to provide all necessary engineering, management, logistics and construction services for the implementation of swimming pool and swimming pool area restoration requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type of contract. The Government is planning a Site Visit and the date for this visit will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
