The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for passenger transportation services, vehicles with drivers and vehicles without drivers for official visits throughout Mexico. Intended type of Contract is a multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract, under which firm-fixed price task orders will be issued for services. The anticipated performance period under this contract will commence on the date listed in the Notice to Proceed and continue for twelve months with four (4) one-year options for renewal. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a multiple award contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable responsible offerors. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The Government is planning a pre-proposal videoconference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
