The Government of the United States of America requires group life insurance coverage for its employees in the U.S. Embassy Mexico City, U.S. Consulates, and other offices located in the Mexican territory. The anticipated performance is for a base year with four (4) one-year options to extend the services. The intended base period of performance is from 2021-2022. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price with economic-price- adjustment-requirements type contract. The Request for Proposal will be released on Wednesday, September 9, 2020. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time. Place of performance: Mexican Republic All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
