The U.S. Consulate General in Guadalajara is searching for a vendor for Gym Equipment and Installation of Equipment at the New Consulate Compound of Guadalajara. If you would like to submit a quotation, carefully review the attached Technical Sheet, fill out and sign the attached Standard Form 1449, review the specifications, and submit your quotation to the email address mentioned below, only email proposals will be accepted. Quotations are due by May 6, 2024, at 12:00 CST. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Only email proposals will be accepted. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
