This RFQ covers preventative maintenance services for water treatment of HVAC mechanical and compound potable water systems. Quotations must be submitted electronically to the specified email address, with financial and technical offers provided separately. Offerors must be registered in SAM and complete the required forms, including SF-1449, pricing, representations and certifications, and any additional information specified in Section 3. Questions must be submitted in writing in English to the same email address, with answers posted on SAM.gov, and offerors are responsible for monitoring that webpage. All proposals must be in English, and incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
