Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 19MJ1925Q0013 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect and are attached as a separate document to this solicitation. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in competitive range if there is a need to do so. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors regarding price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.
