Lodging rooms shall ... The US Embassy Podgorica has a requirement for organization of lodging and conference services and other related services in Montenegro. Contract type will be indefinite quantity. Lodging rooms shall include private bath, heating and air conditioning, and telephone, in hotel located in Podgorica, Budva and Kolasin. The hotels offered must contain the information on safety and security issues both within the hotel complex and the surrounding area, including the minimum rating standards of 4 and 5 stars. This contract will not pay for double occupancy, local or international phone calls from occupant rooms, pay- per-view programs, mini-bar consumption, and room service. Any consumption of alcoholic beverages or any items not specified above will not be paid by this contract and shall be the sole responsibility of the individual occupying the room. The contractor shall furnish a conference venue, meals, coffee breaks, transportation services in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth in the task order. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award.
