This is a firm-fixed priced type of purchase order. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to deliver the required items to the American Embassy in Podgorica. Pallet rack or warehouse storage system should include the upright frame and shelf beams. An upright frame has two columns connected by bracing that runs diagonally and horizontally. As per the warehouse layout (see attachment below) and need to change the Pallet Racks high from 4.5m to 6.00m, as per list and quantities of Pallet Rack Components needed. • Baseplates Upright frame Column with keyholes Dim. 5978x1085 mm 52EA - An upright frame has at least two (2) baseplates used to stabilize and anchor the pallet rack to the floor. The size of the baseplate is based on seismic forces and the loads placed on the pallet rack. Engineers should check the design to make sure the proper baseplate is specified for the pallet racking. • Diagonal Bracing 1100mm 12/10 - Dim. L1100 mm 1350EA • Beam Column connector/protector TS 1080EA • Shims 102EA - Shims are used to level the rack into plumb tolerance on warehouse concrete floors and should match the size of the upright baseplate. • Beams L2720-140/33 540E Two pallet rack beams with a connector on either end are required to form a shelf. • Decking Deck H25/B Dim.1100x300 mm 1620EA For a more solid support of pallets, decking is used to prevent pallets or the products from falling through the rack structure. • Column Protectors Column Protectors H=300mm with anchor bolts 18EA. Post Protectors and Straddle Protectors are bolt-on accessories that help shield the upright to minimize damage from forklift impact. See durability add-on accessories. • Anchor Bolts 10x80mm 204EA - Pallet racking must be anchored to the floor. The size, type, and amount of embedment of the bolt is determined by local building codes or seismic engineered design.
