The Request for Quotations (RFQ) is for internet and telephone services for new office building at US Embassy in Podgorica, MONTENEGRO. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer. A comparative evaluation will be performed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). A comparative evaluation is defined as the act of comparing two or more offers in response to the RFQ. The item-by-item comparison is performed by comparing each offer to directly to one another to determine which provides the best value to the Department utilizing technical, past performance criteria and price.
