Proof of active SAM Registration (your company’s Unique Entity Identifier) The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference online, at 10:30h (CEST), on July 06, 2023. Prospective offerors/quoters should write to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov by 16:00h on July 05, 2023, to receive guidance on the online platform to be used for the conference and to submit questions that they would like to be answered at the pre-quotation conference (please use the form attached). Quotations are due by 16:00h (CEST) on July 25, 2023. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.

The Embassy of the United States in Montenegro will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsive and no further consideration will be given. The Contractor shall provide accounting services for calculating mandatory LES contributions based on US Embassy’s Earning and Leave Statements. Detailed Scope of Work will be provided once the solicitation is published.
