Interested firms capable of providing the above-indicated services are invited to submit full names, email address, to Princy Harimanjato at HarimanjatoPM@state.gov in order to receive an electronic copy of the Request For Quotation (RFQ). A site visit is scheduled to be on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 9:00am. Please send complete names of your representative attending the site visit along with their ID card number to the above email address no later than Thursday July 10, 2025, by 12:00pm (noon)for access request purpose. Solicitation package will be issued on Friday July 11, 2025. Proposal submission due date will be on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 12:00 pm (noon). No proposal will be accepted beyond this deadline. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposal will not be accepted.
