The Embassy of the United States in Antananarivo, Madagascar, has a requirement for make-ready services for all US Embassy residences for all its diplomates. The solicitation requires a make-ready service contractor to perform task orders on US Government owned and leased properties. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct operational personnel to accomplish all work as required. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months plus three (3) one-year periods exercised at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price IDIQ (indefinite delivery indefinite quantity). All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov when submitting a proposal through award and final payment under the contract pursuant to FAR Provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
