The Embassy of the United States in Antananarivo, Madagascar, will release a solicitation for LES Health Insurance for the US Embassy in Antananarivo, Madagascar. The estimated number of personnel to be covered is 1,171. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Antananarivo will launch this solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The requirement is to provide insurance coverage for the US Embassy Antananarivo local employees in Madagascar. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months plus 4 one-year periods exercised at the option of the US Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The resultant contract wlil be firm-fixed price IDIQ (indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity) with economic price adjustment contract under which will be issued task orders. All contractors must be registed in SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov when submitting a proposal through award and final payment under the contract pursuant to FAR Provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of the quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration are avalailable at https://www.sam.gov.
