If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable lowest price offer. We are using procedures outlined in FAR Part 15. We intend to award the contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions if deemed to be in the interest of the United State government with companies in the competitive range. The Embassy will conduct a site visit for interested parties on March 21, 2025, at 10:30 am at the Embassy warehouse. Prospective offerors should contact: rabatgsocontracts@state.gov by March 18, 2025, with the names and ID card information for anyone wishing to participate in the site visit. Please be sure to bring the solicitation document with you to the conference. No extra copies will be available at the conference. Questions are due by March 28, 2025, at 16.45 Local Time. Offers are due by April 11, 2025, at 16.45 Local Time. No Offers will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. The Embassy of the United States in Morocco will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation will be for warehouse support services for the U.S. Mission to Morocco. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable lowest price offer. We are using procedures outlined in FAR Part 15. We intend to award the contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions if deemed to be in the interest of the United State government with companies in the competitive range. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and site visits and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
