The purpose of this contract is to obtain gardening services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the Consulate Casablanca, Dar America Casablanca, Consul General Residence (CGR) Casablanca, Marine Security Guard Quarters Casablanca (MSGQ), Chief of Mission Residence (CMR) Rabat and Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCR) Rabat. The CGR, MSGQ Casablanca, CMR and DCR will also include and pool maintenance services, and the CGR tennis court maintenance. The Contractor shall perform gardening, pool and tennis court maintenance services in all designated spaces.

The solicitation will be for gardening services at Rabat and Casa Official Residences, Morocco. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and site visits and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
