Quoters must follow Section 3 instructions, complete required portions of the attached document, and submit to the address on Standard Form 1449. Quotations must be in English, and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Electronic submissions should be sent to CasablancaProc@state.gov in MS-Word 2007/2010, MS-Excel 2007/2010, or PDF format, with each file not exceeding 30MB; files over 30MB must be split into separate emails under 30MB each.
