The U.S. Embassy Riga, Latvia intends to issue a solicitation and award a contract for professional food services for its Marine Security Guard Detachment. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services to prepare, cook, and serve meals every Monday through Friday, and clean the kitchen, dishes, and appliances after each meal with minimal disruption. Contractor staff must provide all managerial, administrative, and direct labor support, work in Embassy-designated spaces, and be on site only for contract duties. The anticipated period of performance is one base year from contract award plus four one-year option periods, under a firm-fixed-price contract.
